This morning I ran across this lovely quote about receiving by William Blake: The thankful receiver bears a plentiful harvest.
There are so many quotes about giving (which is a good thing!) and so few that honor the receiver. Yet for every giver there is a receiver. I took this photograph at the Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix. To me, this image so perfectly shows that the giver and receiver are ONE.
